Macon Georgia Delapitated Housing Problem

What many called Macon's Blight Problem, according to 41NBC, a local news caster in town, Macon Georgia have an soaring numbers of delapitated houses and other properties.  I think they should offer them for free to people like me.  I can't afford to purchase a home. but if given one... I know how to fix it and if not I can figure it out because my man is in construction..LOL!.  Instead of paying rent, I can put those payment towards fixing the properties up.  And if the houses is such in bad condition... I'll get it remove and build a Geodesic Dome Shelter, if allowed and given a permit to do so.  I wonder would I need a permit.

I really want one of these houses. 

this is our home now.  We're just renting.  But that's not the problem.  the problem is on both sides of our home are delapitated houses.
