Subsequent Tax List of Properties in Macon Georgia - Bibb County
We just wanted to let you know the Subsequent Tax List of properties has been updated with properties added that did not sale during the April Tax Levy/Sheriff’s Deed sale.
Don’t forget the Land Bank Authority Auction is next week on 4/28/2021 at 11:00 am. The Land Bank will be selling the properties that were acquired during the Tax Commissioner’s February STS JIR auction.
The sixty-day redemption period for these properties has ended, so the high bidder will receive full title within ten business days after confirmation of payment.
