About Macon Georgia

Macon, incorporated in 1823, is the county seat of Bibb County. The city is named in honor of Senator Nathaniel Macon. Macon's City Hall served as the temporary state capitol, under the Confederacy, from November 1864 to March 1865.

The Bibb County courthouse was constructed in 1924 and remodeled in 1940. The courthouse is listed within the National Register of Historic Places.

Macon’s storied tradition that began thousands of years ago has been traced back and represented by their monuments. Macon has more listings on the National Register of Historic Places than any other city in Georgia. The city auditorium has the largest covered copper dome in the world and the Hay House, built in the 1850s, is a historic museum.

Brownie at Panera Bread

Rah, this is what I was talking about. The brownie at Panera Bread. Not only do I love their brownie, the way its baked perfectly and taste heavenly, their packing add a simple delight. It's probably the size of your Banana Nut Bread you baked today.

But I am so inlove with the simplity of their packaging and yet its still sophisticated. I think you should pack your bread this way.
