When my daughter first moved in this complex. It was nice and quite. It looks as if majority of the residence there are working class people. But boy, oh boy! was I wrong!. Her apartment was broken into. The apartment below her was vandalized. The one below her across the hall is broken into. Did I mentioned that someone or somebody broke into her apartment twice!
VERY POOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The maintenance man doesn't know how to fixed shit. He was supposed to fix the front door. Because the front door was kicked opened by the fucking thief. Well, a couple of months passes by and my husband, who happened to be in construction field, noticed that the door wasn't fixed at all. And that whenever we locked the door, it wasn't actually lock! Her rent money for two months was stolen.
They never replaced the filter for the AC unit.
In the entire year that she lived there. The maintenance man had to fix that bathroom faucets 5 times. And its still dripping hot water. Due to this hot water dripping down the drain, her electric bill sky rocketed to $300 per month.
Her apartment flooded the downstairs apartment twice. And that was the only reason why the maintenance man came and fixed her leaking faucet at one time.
I told her that leaking faucet is bad luck. and that should hurry up get it fixed or move out of there. Because who ever moves in, in a placed with a leaking faucet, will have financial difficulty as long as they remain in the same house. So she has decided to out.
