You can't really find these deals listed on craigslist.  You have to call real estate companies who manages houses for rent like:

• Heritage Realty 
• Results
• Nashcreek Realty

just to name a few.

This bad economy cause me to downgrade to a more affordable living space.  So I really want to move in this shack by next year.
