PROJECT BAAD: Bringing African Americans Downtown

 You are being given the opportunity to be a vendor at the 5th of 6 BAAD events! November 20th from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. In Cherry Street Park between the Tubman Museum and the Sports hall of Fame.  Please share the attached flyer with your customers. employees, family members, and friends.  Admission at this event is FREE to the public. We are expecting  hundreds of attendees. Many Vendors choose to offer door prizes by having drawings from the business cards collected at their individual tables.  We are also expecting door prizes from Sponsors. Also, I suggest you get coupons printed to offer as an incentive for people to do business with you. I have a company that will print coupons at a reasonable price.

* The park will be open as early as 3:00 p.m. for you to set up your area.

*.You will be responsible for all  items for your display; table, tent, etc.

 You may promote your business using various forms of digital and/or printed materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, etc. You may also sell your products and services at the event. 

 Free Vending Space is being offered to the first 20 businesses that register by completing the attached form and emailing to habersham7@gmail.com

Vendors are asked to voluntarily contribute products  for promotional purposes!
